My name is Jake Lair, and I started FOUNDRY Solutions because I know what it’s like to lead through friction. Most business owners aren’t doing anything wrong—they’ve just outgrown the tools, systems, and structure they built the business on. The result? Decision fatigue, team misalignment, and burnout creeping in from every side.

I’ve built and rebuilt operations across startups, well established businesses, and amidst post-acquisition chaos. I’ve made my share of mistakes, learning the hard way that the fancy system with all the bells and whistles might not be the right one.  I’ve had my missteps, acting on bad data or no data at all, and realized to late that the information I needed was right at my fingertips.  And just as you might be experiencing right now, I’ve “worn all the hats” more often than I’d like to think about. FOUNDRY was born from these hard won lessons, with the goal of helping other leaders find their way through the chaos.
