I started FOUNDRY because I know what it’s like to be the decision-maker, the culture holder, and the system all in one. From managing nuclear ops to leading teams across manufacturing and hospitality. I’ve lived through systems breaking, clarity vanishing, and chaos creeping in.
If you’re anything like me, the last thing I want to hear is another set of leadership buzzwords or (even worse) some plug-and-play, one-size-fits-all shiny strategy that someone is promising will “fix” all my problems. In fact, bring that used-car salesman, guru sounding jargon my way and I’m out.
I just wanted something that would work for me. A solution that met me where I was at, worked for the team I was leading, and ultimately helped me find three things: real numbers (fast), a team that knew what they needed to do and why, and systems that actually supported me (instead of getting in my way as they so often did before).
That’s the mission behind FOUNDRY Solutions. The tools I offer I designed for myself directly from the lessons I’ve learned throughout my career.
